We were 3 couples out for a nice drive in the country and stumbled on the National Hotel for a drink at the bar. The bar tender (Mike) was really a pleasure. He made drink suggestions and when we ordered some appetizers at the bar he encouraged us to order the steak nachos which were amazing! We had dinner reservations down the line but, everyone would have stayed longer if we had more time. On the way out Mike introduced us to Marlon who gave us a tour of many of their hotel rooms. Definitely a great destination for food, drinks and lodging!
Great quaint place with a history. Great food and some tasty unique drinks. Service was good and everything was clean. Would recommend to anyone.
The food was pretty good and I enjoyed there selection of beer. Freindly waiting staff and bartenders. Beautiful interior and great overall feel.
Friendly staff that will check to make sure everything is going ok. The food and dessert is pretty good (got to try the apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream). Comfortable place that i will definitely come back to.
Loved the old bar in the basement. Great fire place...,.celebrated my friends 50th.
